Sales & Marketing, Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Intern to support our commercial team in growing brand awareness and generating leads within the manufacturing industry. This internship offers hands-on experience in marketing campaigns, sales outreach, customer research, and digital tools specific to the B2B industrial sector. Below is a detailed job description for this position:

  • Assist in developing marketing materials, brochures, presentations, and case studies.

  • Conduct market and competitor research in the industrial/manufacturing sector.

  • Support the sales team in lead generation, qualification, and customer outreach.

  • Help manage social media platforms and website content updates.

  • Analyze marketing campaign performance and prepare performance reports.

  • Maintain and update the CRM with client and prospect information.

  • Assist in organizing trade shows, webinars, and promotional events.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (product, engineering, customer service) to align messaging and support.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Interest in B2B sales, industrial products, and/or technical marketing.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.

  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
