Business Development Associate

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Associate to support our growth efforts in the manufacturing sector. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and a passion for building relationships in a technical sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify new business opportunities in target markets.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide outreach strategies.
Assist in developing proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, suppliers, and distributors.
Collaborate with engineering, production, and sales teams to align customer needs with capabilities.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings.
Manage and track sales activity using CRM tools.
Support negotiations and contract development for new client agreements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in manufacturing or B2B environments).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to understand technical products and communicate solutions effectively.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Skills:
Experience working with industrial clients or in a technical sales environment.
Familiarity with manufacturing processes, supply chains, or ERP systems.
